Australia: $10 flat rate shipping Australia-wide.
International: We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and sent with Australia Post. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times then depend on your location and Australia Post.
Returns
Because our products are used on the skin, we can't accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
