Traditional castor oil packs mean layers of cloth, towels and plastic, and oil on everything. Our reusable wraps hold the oil close to your body while protecting your clothes and bedding, so a castor oil pack becomes a simple ritual you will actually keep up.

The Abdomen Wrap fits around your waist for the upper or lower abdomen. The smaller Neck Wrap fits around the neck, or smaller areas such as the arm. Each has a TPU outer layer that helps hold in warmth, and an adjustable strap for gentle compression.

Our castor oil is organic, cold-pressed and hexane-free, bottled in amber glass.

Castor oil packs have traditionally been used as part of routines supporting relaxation, abdominal comfort and digestion, and as a nurturing ritual around the menstrual cycle.

1 x 200ml organic castor oil in amber glass
1 x pack of 100% unbleached cotton inserts and patches

How to use

1. Apply 1 to 3 tablespoons of castor oil to a cotton insert.
2. Place the insert on the cotton side of the wrap.
3. Fasten the wrap below the right ribcage (upper abdomen), below the navel (lower abdomen) or around the front of the neck.
4. Add a warm heat pack over the Abdomen Wrap if you like, for extra comfort.
5. Relax for 45 to 60 minutes. Use 2 to 5 times a week, or daily.

When you're finished, fold the wraps, return them to their bag and they're ready for next time.

Safety

Do not use during pregnancy. If you have a medical condition, unexplained abdominal or pelvic symptoms, or are undergoing medical treatment, speak with a health professional before use. Patch test before first use and avoid broken skin. Use heat packs warm, not hot, and never sleep with a heat pack on.
