100% Unbleached Cotton Poultice Cloth

One large piece of 100% unbleached cotton for making castor oil packs at home, or for cutting into replacement inserts for your Enlighten Me wraps.

Made with no dyes or bleaching agents, so nothing sits between your skin and the oil except pure cotton.

What's included

1 x large 100% unbleached cotton cloth

How to use

1. Cut the cloth to fit your wrap, or fold it to cover the area for a traditional pack.
2. Apply 1 to 3 tablespoons of castor oil to the cloth.
3. Place it on the cotton side of your wrap, or directly on your skin under an old towel.
4. After use, store the oiled cloth in a sealed glass jar. You can reuse it many times, adding a little fresh oil each time.
5. Replace it when it becomes stiff, discoloured or starts to smell.

Safety

Do not use castor oil packs during pregnancy. Patch test before first use and avoid broken skin.
